The Belle Springs Creamery Company
The original owners of this property were T.C. Henry and Captain James B. Shane . They were partners as the early day Railroad Land Agents. They sold the location of the Alamo Saloon in November 1871.
John H. Mahan was the notary public.
Belle Springs sold the property to Samuel R. Heller and his partners in 1959.
